I was at a Christmas party where I saw a little girl dropping a beautifully wrapped lolly. I tried to tell her, but she didn’t hear me. A little boy just happened to be around, so I asked the boy to pick up the lolly and take it to the girl. He did so without hesitation.

About an hour later, the raffles were drawn. I saw many children running joyfully to the MC and receiving their presents. After the raffles they called the winners of a bingo-game. They were using the sort of bingo cards that make you connect with people you might not know. It can be quite hard to find someone who could put a name to the questions on the bingo card.
When I had one field left, I happened to meet someone who could point me to the right person.
So, I was one of the winners, having filled all fields with different names.
When I went to receive the award, I had the choice between some little Lego games. I chose one and approached a table at which I saw several children. I asked if any of them was interested in the little Lego game. One of the mothers pointed to her crying son. I asked why he was crying, and I was told that he was the only child at the table who didn’t win a raffle. When I looked at him, I recognised the little boy who I had met earlier.
I told him that I was giving him the Lego game because he had not hesitated to take the lolly that the little girl had lost earlier and handed it back to her.
The boy stopped crying, took the present and had a big smile in his face.
I thought about the coincidences that led to this beautiful smile. I met the right person at the right time to complete the task we were given. Then, I had the choice of an award, and I picked exactly what the little boy wanted – and, most importantly, I happened to approach the very same table where the little boy was crying who had been kind previously.
These are too many coincidences. This must have been the Holy Spirit at work…
