Woodcraft made in NZ

Jiries Giacaman is a woodcraft artist from the Holy Land who learned his trade from his father growing up in Bethlehem.
Since he moved to Aotearoa New Zealand, he has been using his skills on native recycled wood in his new home.
He works with a variety of timbers, such as kauri, rimu, matai or kowhai.
In his workshop in West Auckland, you will see a huge range of woodcraft ranging from small souvenirs and Christmas ornaments to big kiwi birds, figurines, crosses and Nativity Scenes – every piece is unique as it is handcrafted with much love!
